SHIPPING CHARGES

Our cart system calculates shipping charges based on estimated weight of items purchased, the destination of the package and a handling fee. ALL packages are sent "no signature required”. If you want your package to have a "signature required" please contact our customer service line 317.791.8777 Monday thru Friday 9am to 4pm EST to place your order.

NOTICE: Orders cannot be modified once they are placed. We do not consolidate or combine orders for shipping.  If you wish to have all your items shipped in a single shipment, then you must purchase those items in single order.

We do our best to ship orders within 2 business day to ship (International Order could take up to 3 business days on average). Please keep in mind that we get backlogged during the holidays and it could take longer. Any promised shipping times started from the day your order is shipped. Any order containing pre-orders will ship when the whole order is complete. Once your order has been placed we cannot change/modify the order, shipping method and/or adjust shipping rates. 

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be processed the next business day. Due to how we process orders, same day shipping is not an option. WE DO NOT SHIP TO THIRD PARTY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CARRIERS OR SERVICE.

SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES (Overages/Shortages/Damages):

Any shipping discrepancies must be communicated within 5 days after your package is received. Any claims after 5 days will be denied.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States of America)

USPS Priority:

  • Full Tracking via USPS Tracking Site
  • Average transit times is 1 to 3 days (Once your order ships. Exceptions apply and delivery times are not guaranteed)

FedEx Ground Service:

  • Full Tracking via FedEx Tracking Site
  • Average transit time is 1 to 5 days, with most packages arriving within 3 business days. (Alaska & Hawaii is 6 to 7 days)
  • Saturday Delivery at no additional charge to most areas with FedEx Home Delivery

FedEx 2-Day Air:

  • Full Tracking via FedEx Tracking Site
  • 2 Business days once your package ships. Packages arrive by 4:30PM to businesses & by 8PM to residences.

 

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING

    Anywhere outside the United States of America. All times are estimates once your package has shipped. It could take up to 4 business days after your order is placed before it ships.

    USPS Priority Mail International:

    • Full Tracking via USPS Tracking Site
    • Average transit times is 6 to10 days (Once your order ships. Exceptions apply and delivery times are not guaranteed)

    USPS First Class International: (only to the following countries):

    Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain (UK), Israel, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland.

    • Full Tracking via USPS Tracking Site
    • Average transit times is 7 to 21 days (Once your order ships. Exceptions apply and delivery times are not guaranteed)
    • Only eligible for packages up to 4lbs

    FedEx International Priority:

    • Full Tracking via FedEx Tracking Site
    • Transit time is typically 3 Business days once your package ships.
    • Eligible for packages up to 149.9lbs (68g)

    FedEx International Economy:

    • Full Tracking via FedEx Tracking Site
    • Transit time is typically 5 Business days once your package ships.
    • Eligible for packages up to 149.9lbs (68g)

    We DO NOT Ship to following countries at this time: Indonesia, Mexico, or Tunisia.

    International Shipments: Estimated delivery times are from date your package ships, provided no problems occur with your local customs office.  It could take up to 4 business days after your order is placed before it ships. Self-Reliance Outfitters or The Pathfinder School will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Self-Reliance Outfitters or The Pathfinder School will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Self-Reliance Outfitters or The Pathfinder School will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.
