SHIPPING CHARGES:

Our cart system calculates shipping charges based on the estimated weight of items purchased, the destination of the package and a handling fee. ALL packages are sent "no signature required”. If you want your package to have a "signature required" please contact our customer service line 317.791.8777 Monday thru Friday 9 am to 4 pm EST to place your order.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Online orders can be paid by: credit card, PayPal, Check or Money Order. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Orders sent via mail can be paid by check or money order.

Inside the United States: UPS & FedEx

Outside the United States: UPS, FedEx, DHL.  We also USPS (Canada only)

NOTICE: We do not consolidate or combine orders for shipping.  If you wish to have all your items shipped in a single shipment, then you must purchase those items in single order.

We ship orders within 2 to 3 business day to ship (International Order could take up to 4 business days on average). Please keep in mind during the holidays & promotional periods it could take longer. 

ALL Domestic Order going to a PO Box must be shipped either Standard Shipping, regardless of what service was chosen.  Any stated transit times are based from the day your order is shipped. 

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a National Holiday will be processed the next business day. We DO NOT offer same day shipping. 

WE DO NOT SHIP TO THIRD PARTY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CARRIERS OR SERVICE CENTERS.

International Shipments: Estimated delivery times are from date your package ships, provided no problems occur with your local customs office.  It could take up to 4 business days after your order is placed before it ships. Self-Reliance Outfitters or The Pathfinder School will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Self-Reliance Outfitters or The Pathfinder School will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Self-Reliance Outfitters or The Pathfinder School will also not be held responsible for any additional fee(s) the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge, not including customs duties, taxes, and country-specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering. Self-Reliance Outfitters or The Pathfinder School is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.

SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES (Overages/Shortages/Damages):

Any shipping discrepancies must be communicated within 5 days after your package is received. Any claims after 5 days will be denied.
