Description

Cook for the Whole Crew. One Pot. Nearly a Gallon.

Imagine simmering a hearty stew for six hungry campers, boiling water for the entire group, or cooking a complete one-pot meal that feeds everyone around the fire. The 120oz Stainless Steel Bush Pot is your base camp kitchen workhorse—big enough to feed a crowd, tough enough to sit directly in the coals, and smart enough to nest with your other Pathfinder gear for compact storage.

Why This Bush Pot is Your Base Camp Essential:

  • Nearly a Full Gallon Capacity — 120oz means you can cook for 6-8 people or boil enough water for the whole camp in one go
  • Direct Flame & Coal Ready — 304 stainless steel handles direct campfire flames, hot coals, and high heat without warping or damage
  • Heavy-Duty Bail Handle — Swing it over the fire, carry it to the cooking area, or hang it from a tripod with confidence
  • Glove-Friendly Batwing Handles — Oversized handles let you grip securely even with thick gloves in cold weather
  • Convenient Pour Spout — Pour hot liquids cleanly without spilling or removing the lid completely
  • Secure Lid with D-Ring — Stainless steel lid traps heat for faster cooking and features a rugged D-ring for safe lifting with gloves
  • Nests with Pathfinder Gear — Designed to nest seamlessly with other Pathfinder stainless steel products for space-saving storage
  • Surprisingly Lightweight — At just 1 lb 6.7 oz, it won't weigh you down but delivers serious cooking capacity
  • Built to Last Generations — 304 food-grade stainless steel won't rust, react with food, or degrade over time

Specifications:

  • Material: 304 Food-Grade Stainless Steel
  • Capacity: 120oz (nearly 1 gallon)
  • Height: 6" (measured at lid peak)
  • Width: 7.5" (outside diameter)
  • Weight: 1 lb 6.7 oz

Perfect For: Base camp cooking, car camping, hunting camps, group outings, family camping trips, scout troops, and anywhere you need to feed multiple people with one pot.

Optional Upgrades (Sold Separately):

  • Pathfinder Pot and Pan Stove Stand — Elevate your pot for better heat control and airflow

  • Waxed Canvas Bag — Protect your investment during transport and storage

The Pathfinder Difference: This isn't a lightweight backpacking pot—it's a serious cooking vessel for base camp, car camping, and group adventures where you need to feed real people real food. While others are rationing freeze-dried meals, you'll be serving hot stew, fresh coffee, and hearty one-pot dinners that keep morale high and bellies full.

Big Brother Bushpot

I initially bought the 64oz bushpot. It was so high quality and had such high value I bought the larger version. It is exactly the same, only bigger. I nest both of them in the waxed canvas bag that fits the 64 oz. Thats right, they'll both fit in the bag intended for the smaller pot. I've used it to boil everyone's water in the morning for coffee, to heat water for doing dishes, to take riverwater to the campsite to then be boiled (in the 64oz when needed). You can do alot with these.

In the attached picture you'll see the 64oz bushpot, the 120oz bushpot, and the 8" skillet sitting atop the Whisperlite stove. Thats all the kitchen you need for adventure.

Big Daddy bush pot

Of the three bush pots from PF this is the big daddy! At 120 oz. this is definitely big enough to cook up feasts for a group, and features everything you'd expect - batwing handles, a bail, a tight-fitting lid, and a nice logo on the pot. Of the three, this is the one I use the least since it is rare I cook hugely in camp, but when we go car camping, or we're cooking over a backyard fire, this is a must-have and I am happy to have a big pot in my arsenal.

Nice camp pot!

Haven't used it yet, but can't wait to! Looks solid and durable. Love the way the lid kind of snaps onto the pot and doesn't just fall off when turned on it's side.

Getting Home

Think about this. Bolt cutters to cut chainlink fence that borders the Interstate if your trapped, someone detroyes a a bridge and you have a 4-wheel drive truck and you need to get home. I'm 81 yrs. old , retired Locomotive Engr. for CSX And taught Boy Scouts as a Scoutmaster for 4 yrs. I hold FFl license and a CCP. I'm in good shape and think out of box. I have a lot of your Equip. because it works if you know what you need to survive. I also have your book on Bushcraft. Respectly L,L. Farwell
