This creamy dish is made with roasted corn, jalapeños, cream cheese, chicken, and spices to create a unique and flavorful addition to your outdoor adventures. INGREDIENTS - White Rice, Diced chicken, ROASTED CORN, WATER, CREAM CHEESE (pasteurized cultured milk and cream, salt, stabilizers [xanthan and/or carob bean and/or guar gums]), CHEDDAR CHEESE (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), AGED CHEDDAR CHEESE, JALAPENO PEPPERS, Onions, Green and Red peppers, PEPPER SAUCE (aged cayenne red peppers, distilled vinegar, water, salt, garlic powder), CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF MODIFIED FOOD STARCH, RED ONIONS, SODIUM PHOSPHATES, DEHYDRATED RED BELL PEPPERS, DEHYDRATED GARLIC, SALT, DEHYDRATED CILANTRO, LIME JUICE CONCENTRATE, JALAPENO EXTRACTIVES,

Packed in zippered Mylar pouches for ease of use. These kits are shelf-stable through the use of Mylar bags with the addition of oxygen absorbers to ensure freshness.
Directions: Remove O2 absorber and discard. Add 1 cup boiling water, stir and close. Let sit for 10 minutes. Stir. Let sit an additional 10 minutes. Stir. Eat. Caution: Bag may be hot!

The Pathfinder Pole Shelter Kit is extremely versatile. I'm keeping mine in my main pack along with a spare set of OneTigris poles as part of my EDC. In addition to countless other applications, it makes an excellent sun shade (which I employed recently) as well as a quick deploy duck in shelter in inclement weather.
