No.36 Bank Line Twisted - 100-foot spool

Each spool contains approximately 100 feet with a 340 lb. breaking strength. This twine is specially black treated and dried before it's put on the spool. It has many advantages over twine treated by "spool dunking." It is uniformly and deeply coated from one end to the other - no "zebra stripes" or tar globs to come off on your hands. It's dry, easy-to-tie, and holds knots well.

Order can take up to 3 business days to process through our warehouse. During high volume time, it could be up to 6 business days. All transit times are based on once your order ships.

Bank Line

Bank line is a practical line to have. Being tar coated it resists the weather. It's useful in many applications where paracord may not be. It's strong so can be used for lashing. I used it with paracord to make ridgelines. The small roll is easy to fit in my pack and light.

Durable, multi-use bank line

I ordered a 100-foot spool of this along with paracord for various household/yard projects as well as camping, etc. It is tough! The line is well-tarred, and when cut well, there is no need to burn or melt the ends - the tar keeps the twisted lines together enough to thread through knots, holes, etc. It holds knots exceptionally well but given what it is and how it is made, very tight knots may be hard or impossible to untie. I definitely will need to order more, and also plan on checking out the other bank lines SRO offers. Awesome quality for the price, and the uses are limited only by your imagination.
