Four Days Documentary
Four Days is a wilderness survival training documentary following twelve students through Dave Canterbury's Basic survival course in the Appalachian jungle of Southeast Ohio. This film was exactly what I hoped for! It’s a good window into what to expect during pathfinder school’s class. It really lit that fire in me to get out and get training before I attend any classes. I especially liked that they filmed during an extreme heat wave, what would be really nice to see next from them is maybe an extreme cold weather class? I highly recommend this film to anyone who spends a lot of time outdoors. Or has an appreciation for survival prep.
Having just completed the Basic Course a couple weeks before watching this documentary, I can fully appreciate what the folks in this class went through. I am glad I went through the class in early Fall instead of the summer, but even then, 40 percent of the class tapped out before it was over. I bought the DVD so I could show family members what the class was like.
Four Days Documentary
I wasn't sure what to expect at first when I ordered the documentary. However after watching DAY 1 I was hooked. Watching what everyone goes through during the four days inspired me to do more than what I'm already doing. Keep putting out contact like this and I'll be a follower for life.
