          survival bivvy

This is a survival bivvy like the name suggests....SRO clearly states the dimensions of the product...I am 6'1'' 230 lbs....it fits me...in an emergency....its too tight for pleasure....but as an emergency it will do. truth be told i wish it was 6 in. wider....but i cant complain because the dimensions were clearly given. this product does in fact radiate your body heat back to you quite efficiently...as advertised. i will loose a little weight and this will be great....if it fits you ....you will be happy.

          So far so good

Material and craftsmanship is great. Tougher and stronger than "emergency" bivies. Plenty of room to be fully clothed in an emergency or fit a in with a blanket or light sleeping bank. Could also fit well inside a standard sleeping bag. Will be field testing it soon. Would definitely recommend.

          The piece I needed

This is a great piece of kit! I wanted something small enough to fit in a 5 c kit for emergencies on the trail, with the versatility to work with my base camp kit. SRO knocked it out the park. Yes, it can be a stand alone, water proof emergency sleeping bag in my haversack 5 c kit, but it also works as an outer bag for my swagman roll, and I can use this as an outer layer over my wool blanket to open up the option of using my roll as an under quilt with my hammock. A small package that opens up tons of versatility in my kit! Thanks SRO!
