Orders ship within three business day to ship. Please keep in mind during the holidays it could take longer. ALL packages are sent no signature required. We do not consolidate or combine orders for shipping. If you wish to have all your items shipped in a single shipment, then you must purchase those items in one order.
ALL Domestic order addressed to a PO Box will be shipped US Mail, regardless of what service you choose at checkout. Stated transit times are from the day your order is shipped.
Please note: Any order placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a National Holiday will be processed the next business day. We only ship to shipping consolidators centers for established wholesale accounts.
Any shipping discrepancies must be communicated within five days after your package is received. Any claims after five days will not be accepted.
If you decide you do not want the product, you may return any unused or unopened product for a *refund or store gift card (minus shipping charges). Clearance/Close-Out items are excluded. However, you have 30 days from the shipping date to do so. All returns (except for warranties/defectives) are at your expense.
No return (other than warranties) past 30 days will be accepted. Credit will only be issued for product ONLY. Your return must include your email order confirmation or packing list from your original order. Any return that does not have a copy of your email order confirmation or packing list will not be processed.
