The only negative things I could say about it is that I'd rather have a snap buckle and wish it was made in the USA, but at least it wasn't China. I added a gromit for my keys and use it as man purse/lunch box.
I set grommits and attached it to the back of my scout pack. Good strong 18 oz. Material.
