School Class Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel..

Once you purchase a class for The Pathfinder School or register for a Self Reliance Outfitters event, you may reschedule to another available date, cancel for a refund, or request store credit up to 30 days prior to the scheduled class or event.

IMPORTANT: All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled class or event.

NO REFUNDS, STORE CREDITS, OR RESCHEDULING WILL BE GRANTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE CLASS OR EVENT DATE.

Please contact Customer Support Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm EST at 317.791.8777 or email support@pathfindergear.net if need to cancel or reschedule a class.

If you do not show up for a class or event your registration fees are forfeited and no refunds or store credits will be issued.

If a class gets canceled...

We require a minimum students to conduct a class (varies by class).  If a class needs to be cancelled due to an insufficient number of registrations, you will be contacted by email. You will offered the option to transfer to another class (if available), receive a store gift card, or a refund.

Please note: The Pathfinder School LLC is not responsible for travel expenses, airline tickets, or other accommodations if a class is cancelled.
