How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order please call Customer Service at 317.791.8777 Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm (Eastern Standard Time). Once an order has been processed for shipment (meaning a label has been created), it cannot be canceled. Sending an email will not guarantee it will be canceled prior to shipping.
Can I add to an order?
If your order has not started to be processed through our shipping department, you can modify the order. However, you must call Customer Service at 317.791.8777 to make modifications. Once an order has started processing through the warehouse, it cannot be modified, only canceled.

This was my first hammock purchase. I didn't need to buy anything else. The tree straps work great. The first time I set it up, I played with the height and droop. It can be setup and taken down in a couple of minutes. I ended up falling asleep in it the first time I set it up. It seems well built. I wanted one with a bug net because the bugs are bad. If anything I'd say it's over built. I'm 5'11 and the hammock seems big. Lots of excess material. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to give a hammock a try. It is a good deal.
