Both of the guys really thought it was a great gift, especially since it’s made in U S A. Thanks for getting it to me on time. Really a great gift.

Beyond all expectations

The level of quality in design, manufacture, and finish exceeds all expectations. The handle is well formed for ergonomics and the maple is subdued elegance. There no burs or rough patches on the handle or spine. The blade itself is stout and the bevel and edge are immaculate. The sheath is thick and although a bit plain, incredibly well made. A logo embossed or stamped into the sheath is the only room for improvement I see. This is some of the finest craft I have ever seen and is the finest knife I have ever owned. It is refined in almost every way it should be and uncompromisingly rugged in every way it can be. This is worth every dollar and every week of waiting for something so well made. This level of work is worthy to be the centerpiece of an enterprise like SRO and a statement of a commitment to outstanding quality. Everyone involved in the manufacture of this knife should stand taller and prouder for every knife they make.

Great knife

Update:
Love the profile and geometry. It’s exactly the perfect length for me. It cuts beautifully, polished beautifully, throws great sparks from a ferro rod, and with chert and holds its edge wonderfully. After scrubbing the handle clean and polishing the slight burr on the pin it is superior in comfort and functionality. This has replaced my Garberg as my primary knife and exceeds my expectations many times over. I will be purchasing two more.

ok

I just got this it's okay strong, every time I write a review it seems to disappear I noticed when I washed it that it got Rusty really quick and that you need to dry it and oil on it right away
