A well put together kit in a nice MOLLE bag.
The Pathfinder IFAK fills all the gaps in my first aid needs all in a compact and easily carried kit.
I bought this PF IFAK to be my gun range first aid / trauma kit after a shooting event where my knife slipped and punctured my finger. I had not driven and my well-stocked trauma kit was in my trunk over an hour away.
I like the color and the construction seems robust enough. The like way it opens / unfolds too. I will add at least one Rapid TQ as those are easy to use one-handed AND universal (the CAT TQs do not work on small pets or humans with small limbs like kids and frail elderly). I will also add some other items but I am pleased with the items and value inside this IFAK. I hope it holds up under use in the future.
As a former firefighter/EMT, I'm really picky about what goes in my kits. I purchased more than one of these to supplement my other supplies, and give as gifts. The quality of the bag itself is excellent, zippers work well, very sturdy and at least slightly weather-resistant. Organization components are appropriate and useful, and quality of first aid supplies, and tools, is vastly superior to kits costing 2 to 3 times as much or more. Contains the critical items to stop bleeding and secure fractures etc., plus has room for a few small additional items such as personal meds, a few additional bandaging materials etc. Still reasonably compact and lightweight even with a few added items. And the multiple ways to attach or carry it, or add items to the outside via straps, Velcro etc. make these kits an excellent value for the price, and more importantly, contain the most critical items to save a life, vs. just "patch a boo boo"
