Pack up day - June 19th
Tickets must be purchased by April 3rd to take advantage of the FREE T-shirt.

- 13 years old and older: $150 per person
- Under 13 years old: One FREE with per paid admission, additional is $25 ea.
DAY PASSES will be available at the event $35 per day for Saturday & Sunday.
- Cash only
- Passes good from 9am to 5pm
- Not eligible for challenges and give-a-ways
*Gathering tickets are not transferable. If you are attending, tickets will need to be purchased in your name.

You will pay camping fees directly to the fairgrounds upon arrival at the event. All sites are first come, first serve.
Site Options:
- Full Hook-Up Site $48 per night (only 20 spots avaialbe)
- Water & Electric Only Site: $35 per night
- Primitive Camping Site: $28 per night

No alcohol is permitted at the Pathfinder Gathering Event. No foul language or inappropriate actions will not be tolerated. If you or someone in your group is found to be disruptive you may be asked to leave. Children will be present and we want this to be an enjoyable time for everyone.
All students must read, agree, and sign a Liability Waiver and Release form for the Pathfinder School LLC and the venue prior to attending the course. This can be signed brought to the course/event and given to staff upon arrival. No student will attend training/event without the complete form being on file. Please note we do not share this information with anyone.

I think it will be great and can't wait for me and my son to attend!!!
I think it will be a great gathering of like minded people who want to learn bush craft and survival. I haven’t been to one before so don’t know what I am supposed to review
