Vendor Registration - Annual Pathfinder Gathering

2017 PATHFINDER GATHERING - JULY 8th-13th - VENDORS (scroll down for registration form)

    1. Booths will be in the area called Kamp Dove Tail and camping spots will be assigned when you arrive. (Showers and rest rooms are available to all attending the gathering.)
    2. We need to know what product (s) you will be selling and how many people will be with you (including children). 
    3. You will be asked to donate item (s) from your booth for the give-a-ways.
    4. There is a regular campground if you prefer. That cost would be in addition  and those arrangements will need to made directly through
    5. Any income you generate from your booth is yours.
    6. You may want to post your hours of operation at your booth for the convenience of guests.
    7. Vendors may begin setting up Friday, July 7th after 2 pm.  All vendors are required to be completely setup by 9 a.m.Saturday. That is generally the time guests will begin to arrive.
    8. Vendors will have assigned both spaces. Someone will be available to guide you to your location to set up. 
    9. Vendors may leave prior to close of gathering if they choose. Close of gathering is Wednesday evening July 12.
    10. No alcohol is allowed in the Park – NO EXCEPTIONS
    11. No Pets in The Pathfinder Gathering Area (Kamp Dove Tail).  Pets are only allowed at private camp sites that are purchased through the state park.  
    12. No foul language or inappropriate actions will be tolerated.  If you or someone in your group is found to be disruptive you may be asked to leave.  Children will be present and we want everyone to have a great time!
