I can't lie I got mine from the maker, but this haversack is
a rock solid piece of gear. you can really pack it up to
backpack levels. My only whine is the strap was a little narrow so,
I got a couple d rings cut the strap, folded over the d rings, hand sewn them on, and attached an old g.i. g.p. strap I had.
works perfect for me. I wish there was a backpack made like this in this price range for steep hikes.
Anywho this is a great piece of gear you really can't go wrong.

This is a well made bombproof haversack. I've used and abused it and it still looks good and is holding up very well. Would definately recommend.

Just received my haversack and love it. You can really pack this thing full. It has extra backing where the carry strap attaches. The material itself is great. You can tell it will last through a lot of usage, and still be protecting what is inside. Have already been in the rain with mine. No problems with wet contents at all. Everything remained dry. I especially like the way it seems to just fit to your body no matter where it lies against your body. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone needing an excellent haversack for day packing or even overnight on short stays. The large pocket on the flap itself is great for storing maps . The extra pockets on the inside help with separating items for common or repeat usage. I am really happy with the haversack. Love the embroidered logo. Thank you very much for this haversack.

This was the best looking Haversack that I found on line. All of the reviews I read about it were good, I would recommend this bag , It is well sewn and heavy duty. I am thinking about buying a second one and set it up for the trail. This one I'm using for EDC. The strap is plenty long enough for me and I'm about 5'10", the only complaint I have is the pocket on the flap should be close-able somehow. I used hot glue and self adhesive Velcro. I'm not sure how long that will hold on oilskin but I'm going to find out.

Superb haversack. Great for when you go on scouts or day hikes, after you have set up camp and don't want to use your big pack.

This haversack is really nice. I love the oilskin, it is nice and thick and has a good weight to it. Not a lot to say about it. It is just a nice quality haversack. I've took mine out on a few outings and it is holding up great!

This haversack is awesome. Quality, durable, big enough to carry all 10 c's plus my journal. The only complaint or suggestion I have is that the pocket on the flap part really needs a zipper or something to secure your things. I'm planning on sewing one on then it'll be perfect.

I really like this haversack. It is made really well from what I can see, and I found out pretty early that it is pretty easy to clean up. I spilled some powdered formula on it messing around the first night. I have never owned something made from oilcloth and did not know what to expect but it is not greasy and gives the bag a good feel. I am 6 feet tall and I wish the strap was a little longer, but it rides right above my waist so it fits comfortably, I just wished it could be a little lower. The pocket on the top flap I am still working on mastering not letting things spill out of it.
