It's a fine slingshot, but I'm not sure the additions to the standard "wrist rocket" type slingshot are worth the increased price.
Also, I am not a fan of canvas bags, as they are subject to rot and mildew, although this one is well made, and I have always liked the metal twist-clips.
As a kit, though, it has what you want: a suitable 2-pocket bag, a removable arrow rest, a pouch with nock string, a spare band, and a fishing-line holder are enough for many contingencies.

Well its turned up. This slingshot is a great piece of kit the pouch it's in has a nice professional touch to it ,had a few goes in the back garden it's brilliant .Next I'm going to order the breakdown arrows and the fishing arrow .I would recommend this its a great price just strap it to your belt when you go walking and then if you get bored get it out and enjoy fun fun fun

I just received my pocket hunter with the heavy bands. Overall I'm impressed with this product though I do have a few complaints. Removing the bands that come on the sling bow can be very difficult, I was told by a representative of the company to cut them off because there was no other way to remove them. The folding arm rest will sometimes jump over to the other side and ruin your shot completely. But don't let these minor issues over turn your decision to purchase this product I just wish I didn't have to cut and ruin my bands to remove them. :/

This is the equivalent of a pistol in the archery realm. Small lightweight, but packs a serious punch. The take down arrows are sheer genius. This belongs in every survival stash.

I was surprised at hope easy it was to shoot. The first time the arrow ended up within a foot of where I was aiming, and I am getting more accurate with every shot.
Now, can someone, anyone tell me how to use the spool attachment for fishing?

I've been shooting recurve bows for about 40 years now. I've destroyed my right shoulder and it was getting almost impossible to keep the bow steady and draw the arrow. Problem solved. It's also a lot more accurate aiming!!!

Works great as a regular slingshot. Brought down a couple of rabbits and some quail. Also works great with carbon fiber arrows. Good for small to medium game, but my friend borrowed it and brought down a doe. Works great for me!

Deluxe Pathfinder Pocket Hunter Kit
The Pathfinder School’s Pocket Hunter!
Roots, grubs, and cattails oh my! If you are not properly geared up, this might very well be what’s on the menu. Harvesting these items will take time and burn countless calories, neither of which you can afford, that is why you need a Pathfinder Pocket Hunter. This product was uniquely designed to convert a standard Marksman #3040 Model slingshot into a compact hunting tool capable of shooting standard size arrows for fishing and hunting. The Pocket Hunter is a sleek, compact, lightweight, and efficient hunting unit that can be folded and easily carried in a backpack, bug-out bag, survival kit, or even on your belt.
At a closer look, you will clearly see the smooth surfaces, the rounded edges, and rounded tips of the arrow rest, the 3 distinct sighting locations, thus allowing the hunter to hold the Pocket Hunter at an angle and still be able to accurately site the intended target.
The Pathfinder School recognized that carrying standard size arrows in your pack would be inconvenient, if not impossible, that is why the Pathfinder 3 piece Take Down Arrows (sold separately) are a perfect complement to the Pocket Hunter. With a 28-30lb pull at a 28 inch draw, the Pathfinder Pocket Hunter and 3 Piece Take Down Arrows are the ultimate in survival tools.
